Two major concepts I learned from Lisa are to ensure I get enough water every day and eat small amounts of food often.
Lisa is an excellent role model, is knowledgeable and her positive approach helped to keep me motivated. Her holistic approach encouraged me to be mindful of all that I do. When I got discouraged she reassured me which helped me reach my goals. I continue to work with Lisa while trying to maintain what I have achieved and she is always available when a question arises.
