Matcha Tea has been a game changer for me. If you would have told me that I would give up coffee and take up this green powdery substance I would have said you are CRAZY!!! Well, guess what?? Not only did I make the switch, but I feel SO much better now! Fewer stomach aches, and the most blissful sleep.
So, what the heck do you DO with Matcha Tea powder?? Since it’s a powder, you can start by adding hot or boiling water to it. I add 1/2 – 1 tsp of Matcha in my mug, add a tablespoon or more of hot water, stir then fill the mug with boiling water and drop my favourite green tea bag in the steep for 3 minutes. I whisk it together one last time and enjoy.

I’m starting to see matcha Tea powder around a lot more, but so far, the cheapest place I’ve seen it is London Drugs. You can also try David’s Tea or any specialty tea shops.
